Kate will be giving her program on "Spectacular Spindling" for our Oct 12th meeting.  Kate will bring several examples of different types of spindles and discuss their virtues and drawbacks.  She will have samples of YIP, finished yarns and creations crafted from her spindle spun yarns.  A short practice session will be held after the meeting for those who'd like to try their hand at it.  I will be handing out instructions to make a drop spindle from a CD.
