Please join us for our January program featuring historian Sharon Donnan's film “Coton jaune,” the documentary that explores the history of natural brown cotton in Southwest Louisiana and examines its origins and use among the people of Acadiana.  A short introduction will precede the film and there will be a Q&A to follow. Examples of fiber and textiles will be also be available to view.

A short business meeting will be held before the program with the break and Show and Tell to follow the program. Open studio time will be available for those who want to participate. Feel free to bring lunch and a beverage if you plan to stay.
