June will be our end of year lunch at the Irvine Regional Water District’s Duck Club facility.

This meeting will be a time to celebrate the last year and welcome the next year.  It will include the installation of officers followed by a luncheon.

Location: Irvine Ranch Water District Duck Club (IRWD San Joaquin Marsh &  Wildlife Sanctuary Campus).   In Google Maps type in ‘Duck Club” for directions.  See map below.

Schedule:
9:30 Set-up team should be there.  Set up tables etc.

10:00 social time. 

10:30 business meeting, installation of new officers, and show and share.

 About 11:30 luncheon will start.

1:00 clean up complete (we have until 2pm to finish).

Short Board meeting will be held following the meeting.  Goal is to open discussion and answer questions.  Committees to submit budget requirements for consideration.  There will be a regular board meeting sometime in August.

Luncheon: will consist of Lemon Oregano Chicken Kabobs, Baked Feta Pasta, tabouli, stuffed grape leaves, tsiki, Tomato cucumber feta cheese salad, and Pita Bread. 

-coffee and creamer will be provided.  Bring your own beverage (no alcohol). 

Some dietary will be considered, but please let Susan know if you have any restrictions. Limited vegetarian options will be available.
